Meeting Notes

All,

Just some quick notes from the meeting last night. The Corporal Ballots will be sent out here shortly. Please get them back to me ASAP, so we can decide on the last open position for this year. We voted on which 150th Antietam Event we’ll be participating in and the winner is:

150th Anniversary of Antietam (Max Effort Event)
September 8-9, 2012

The event will be held about 1 mile from South Mountain, and privately owned property, and is sponsored by the Washington County Visitors Bureau, Central Maryland Heritage League, Britney's Hope Foundation and in coordination with the 150th Maryland Campaign Committee. The registration fee is $20.00 per person and the DEADLINE for registration is March 31, 2012. You can register online, or by mail. If you want me to collect I will need the money by the March 15th meeting. We have tabled to see what Battalion (Army of the Ohio or Birney’s) to fall in with for the weekend.
